"NotsoftDookie" What you said is true, but the states wouldn't care. Who gives a damn about the document of nukes when World War 3 Begin, and plus. In the episode series it said "World war 3 begins". The nukes ending 3/4 population is just a beginning. As other countries/continents fire nukes at US (the green pointy ones), US launches back more nukes (Black round warhead ones) to other countries. If this really happend, what would be smart to escape from nuclear fallouts and explosion is a shelter, some kind of lead(can keep u alive from radiation) protection and lots of food/water/defensive weapons.

The guy's name is %u9A6C%u6797 (Ma. Lin) when u translate the words %u9A6C means horse and %u6797 means forrest. His online nickname is Lin Degrees Celsius (Lin%u6797%u2103).
he could be reached at zhouxx@fun.21cn.com His started Flash MX in august 2001 and his first flash video (which kinda sucked) is called %u8FB9%u754C1999 which means boarder 1999.
